Bubbles came from a shelter in North Carolina. His previous owner said he was 3 but when he was neutered, the vet thought he may be older than that. He will bark at other dogs, so no apartment living for him. 

He does have some behavior issues and due to this he cannot go to a home with children. He will grumble/growl when you try to pick him up. His foster has been working on this and he now lets her pick him up without any drama, but still exhibits this behavior when others try to pick him up. He needs a dedicated and patient owner experienced in these kind of behavior issues to continue to teach him this behavior is unacceptable and reinforce it daily with positive training techniques.

Please provide in detail what experience you have in training dogs with these kinds of behavior issues under the "training experience" question on the adoption application. We will not be able to consider applicants without experience in this area.
